Perfectly located for easy access (minutes) to vaporetti and shops with lovely peaceful garden outside patio doors. Very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The owner, Gianni, met us at the vaporetto stop and led us to the appartment and even provided us with some basic groceries which was a very friendly touch. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his wife, Daniella and the icing on the cake was that we were invited to a supper party in the garden on our last evening there to meet some of their Venetian friends - a truly magical evening and way beyond expectations.
The appartment was clean, bright and so comfortable and the garden was a perfect place to relax after a hot and busy day sightseeing - we had our meals out on the patio under a sheltering gazebo among superb old trees which gave lovely shade and all we could hear were the birds - one would not imagine that busy, noisy places were close by, it was so peaceful.
Having travelled the World and stayed in every kind of accommodation from the sublime to the ridiculous we can say that this was the best. We will certainly return to this friendly appartment at a future date when it is a bit cooler and would highly recommend it to any couple. A perfect home from home.

We liked the apartment very much. The place is nice and quiet. The
Arsenal and the Giardini are very near and you can also walk easily to
the San Marco. If you don’t want to walk, you can take the Vaporette.
It has a stop not far away. We like the Via Garibaldi, where you can
buy your food en where you can sit and observe the people who do their
daily shopping. The apartment has enough space for two persons, the
atmosphere is kind en cosy. Everything you need is available. And
there is a garden!!!
The owner was very friendly and helpful. We felt that we were
welcome. We liked the way the house is furnished. It was very
convenient that the basic food (salt, pepper and some coffee) was
there when we arrived. An excellent home for our holiday
