The apartment is located at a 2 minute walk from the ferry boat "Giardini”,and a few steps from Via Garibaldi and Riva dei Sette Martiri, which offers a particularly impressive view, especially at sunset, of San Marco, San Giorgio Maggiore’s Island, Salute Church and the island of Lido.

We returned after 2 years to an appartment of mister Gianni Rossi; nicely situated, and WITH A GARDEN! The appartements are all well equipped and we loved to shop and eat in the nearby big street with many Italian families on the terraces.
We will return!

This charming open space style apartment of about 35 sq. Has been recently restored and is characterised by a wooden beamed ceiling. The apartment offers a bright living area with a comfortable couch, a table for 2, a fully equipped kitchen corner , complete with all necessities, including a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a washing machine, a sleeping corner with two single beds , and a bathroom with shower.
